No. BillEVe supports the open standard OCPP 1.6, which enables broad compatibility with many charging stations. Our current focus for the release is on the manufacturers Alfen, Keba and ABL, as they have proven to be highly reliable.

BillEVe is fundamentally independent of specific billing systems. We provide a standardized interface that is compatible with most common systems. If a specific connection is missing, our HESS development team will be happy to support you in implementing an individual solution.

No. As soon as the setup is complete, monthly billing is fully automatic for all registered users - without any further manual effort.
