Our products, whether hardware or software, are “Made in Germany” through and through. We are proud of the fact that we have been designing and producing our devices at our Magstadt site for almost 100 years, from the first draft to market readiness, just as we develop and implement our software solutions here. In terms of sales and service, we are on the move on all continents.
The “Made in Germany” label is an expression of quality, efficiency and precision; and we also add a pinch of Swabian inventiveness. With this enthusiasm for what we do, we and our products remain dynamic. And for our customers, this means added value that they can trust now and in the future.
Hardware and software development
At HESS, the decisive difference that makes us who we are starts with the development of our own solutions. Our own creative software department creates solutions that harmonize with our customers' processes and applications. Whether cloud, web or mobile - we tackle all topics together with the customer and implement them successfully.
Our approach to design, architecture, engineering, testing and rollout is based on state-of-the-art project management methods, agile development and carefully optimized production - for maximum efficiency, flexibility and quality at every step.
Production
Made in Germany. Made by HESS. Our quality standards continue in production. Because here, too, it is a key factor for efficient production processes and quality assurance to a high standard. With the successful certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, we underline our claim and our responsibility. Not only towards our customers and employees, but also towards our environment. It is our incentive to continuously optimize and improve the quality of our products and processes.
Due to constantly rising customer expectations regarding the functionality and quality of our products, this also requires measures in our production. With the introduction of LEAN Production, we want to meet and master the current and future challenges of the market. The LEAN culture is a generous environment in which the work of others is recognized, respect is shown and people support each other. The focus is on training individual employees in LEAN methods and establishing a culture of continuous improvement to make processes simpler and more efficient, thereby exceeding our customers' expectations.
