Operation

Alternatively, you can install our MultiPay Advance enterprise solution on-premise in your company's own data center and operate it yourself, or you can access our secure and tried-and-tested cloud services. We can model our business model entirely according to your wishes and your IT strategy. In both cases, you can always be sure of having access to the latest software versions and security updates.

Cloud technologies

We recommend using our cloud model if you are looking for low investment costs (e.g. in server landscapes) combined with predictable and low operating costs. You then do not have to worry about installing and operating the software on your own servers. You simply use the software, configure your individual processes and rely on the fail-safe operation by HESS. In the event of organizational changes in your company, you enjoy a high degree of flexibility and scalability without having to intervene in your IT infrastructure.

On-Premise

If you want to take responsibility for operations yourself, an on-premise installation may be the right option for you. This allows you to use existing structures and decide on classic IT issues such as security, rollout and data backup yourself. In addition, our enterprise software is very resource-efficient and therefore also environmentally friendly; however, multi-client capability and real-time connection of clients to the back-end is still guaranteed, as with a cloud installation.
